New Chief Commercial Officer at Itadel
Itadel gets a new member of the Executive Management Team, who is well-known in the industry, when Lotte Østergaard begins as Chief Commercial Officer at the turn of the year. She will succeed Filip Boutrup Andersen who left the company earlier this year.
Lotte Østergaard is 50 years old and has many years of experience from the IT industry, including application outsourcing, infrastructure outsourcing and large development projects. Her IT career started at DMdata in 1998, and she moved on to IBM in 2004, and for the last 10 years the company on her business card has been KMD.
Lotte Østergaard will leave a position at KMD as Vice President for Client Management, Central Government, in which she has been responsible for all KMD's customers in the state sector. Before that, Lotte Østergaard had a similar role relating to KMD's customers in the private sector, and she has also had other infrastructure-outsourcing roles in KMD.

Lotte Østergaard is a Master of Science in Business Administration and Commercial Laws from Copenhagen Business School. She has supplemented her education with relevant training and education in negotiation, contract management and leadership.
Itadel A/S is owned by the Danish private equity fund Maj Invest Equity that took over the company on March 31, 2017. Ever since it was founded in 2004, the company has been in constant growth. At that time, there were 50 employees, and the company had a turnover of 70 million Danish kroner. Today, there are 300 dedicated employees, and the turnover is approximately half a billion Danish kroner. Itadel A/S has offices in Denmark in both Aarhus and Copenhagen as well as an office in Prague, Czechia.
