Continuing normal operations - COVID-19 readiness measures now in effect


Because of the recent spread of the COVID-19 Coronavirus, and the Danish governments
statements on the 11th of March, Itadel is implementing the already planned measures, to
secure normal operation of all customer systems. Our readiness-measures include some specialists working and supporting customer solutions from home, whilst our locations will preserve the necessary on-site presence.

Business as usual
Customers can contact us as you normally would, both via the Helpdesk and via your regular
dialogue with both Service Delivery and Key Account Management. We recommend having
meetings on the phone or via video conferencing and ask that physical meetings be postponed
until the situation normalizes.

On-site supporters from Itadel will adhere to the rules and restrictions, placed on the location
of the customers they service.

Preemptive measures for 2 weeks
We expect the ongoing measures to be in effect for a minimum of 14 days. We are monitoring
and evaluating the situation closely and will update customers and partners accordingly.

Enabling home offices
We can be of some assistance in establishing home office workplaces, such as
establishing/expanding VPN-connections and other solutions, facilitating work from home.
